DCU Realty Express for properties in MA and NH
Perfect for sellers who want an experienced broker on their side. This is an Exclusive Right to Sell listing agreement. We act as your exclusive seller's agent to list your property and provide full broker representation.
For these services the seller will pay DCU Realty the non-refundable listing fee noted at right, plus 3.5% of the sale price upon successful closing (includes listing and buyer broker commissions.)
TERMS:
$329 for initial 90-day listing term, plus $89/mo. thereafter until sold or canceled.

DCU Realty Referral for properties elsewhere in the U.S.
DCU Realty will find a licensed real estate broker in your area who will list your home under similar terms as our own Express plan. The commissions will be paid directly to the referred broker per your listing agreement.
TERMS:
For the amount noted above, we will find a qualified listing broker in your area, and who will list your property at terms equal or similar to our Express program. Fee above refunded if we cannot find at least one agent for you within 10 days.

Custom CMA
DCU Realty will develop a Comparative Market Analysis for your property, showing other homes that have recently sold, and current market activity, to help you determine the optimum asking price for your home.
Note that some other agents offer you a "FREE CMA," that will include lots of pages of useless filler. Our custom CMA includes our proprietary market chart that shows you what you really need to know -- where to price your home to SELL. |

Instructions
Click one of the buttons above. After payment is made you will be sent to a web page with the appropriate listing forms. Read, sign and return the forms to us by mail, email or fax, along with property photos. We'll enter your property into the MLS within one business day (MA and NH listings), or will put you in contact with one of our listing affiliates across the U.S.
Options such as For Sale sign and lockbox will be shipped when we receive your signed forms.
